These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”, or “You”) and My High (“My High”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://myhigh.in and any subdomains, mobile-optimized portals, and fulfillment services.
By accessing the platform, browsing products, or completing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using our platform.
You explicitly represent and warrant that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age as of the date of accessing this website. My High strictly enforces a zero-tolerance policy against underage purchases.
Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from browsing, creating accounts, or purchasing rolling accessories, borosilicate glassware, session supplies, or limited drops. We reserve the statutory right to request age verification documents prior to order dispatch or require age confirmation upon doorstep delivery. Orders placed by minors or those misrepresenting their age will be cancelled immediately without liability.
All lifestyle products, borosilicate glassware, hand pipes, organic rolling papers, herb grinders, rolling trays, and smell-proof containers showcased on My High are designed, marketed, and sold strictly for lawful, botanical aroma, decorative, collection, or adult lifestyle purposes.
My High does not manufacture, promote, distribute, or sell illegal, controlled, or psychotropic substances of any kind under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act or any local, state, or central legislation. Any use of accessories for unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited and constitutes a direct breach of these Terms, releasing My High, its operators, affiliates, and sellers from any and all liability.
All items listed under our Munchies & Drinks catalog (such as imported potato crisps, gourmet gummies, chocolates, and craft beverages) are 100% compliant food products sourced from licensed manufacturers and authorized distributors.
All food items are stored, handled, and dispatched in sealed, hygienic, and temperature-controlled conditions conforming to standards outlined by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). Ingredients, nutritional details, and allergen advisories are clearly printed on the original manufacturer packaging. Customers with severe dietary allergies must review packaging labels prior to consumption.
All prices displayed across My High are quoted in Indian National Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable goods and services taxes (GST). Shipping charges, if applicable, are transparently itemized at checkout prior to order confirmation.

My High never collects or stores your confidential banking PINs, UPI MPINs, or payment passwords. All transactions are securely routed via RBI-authorized payment infrastructure.
We understand and respect your privacy. Every single shipment leaves our fulfillment facility in a plain, sturdy brown cardboard box with reinforced tamper-evident tape. There are zero logos, no brand graphics, and no product names on the outside of the box. The courier shipping label lists only generic order logistics details.

You may request an order cancellation at any time prior to shipment dispatch from our fulfillment center by contacting our support team via WhatsApp (`+91 7982182782`) or email (`hi@myhigh.in`). Once an order is cancelled prior to dispatch, a 100% immediate refund is initiated to the original payment source.
Orders that have already been dispatched or handed over to our transit carriers cannot be cancelled mid-route. Such orders may only be processed under the provisions of our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
All content included on the My High platform—including logos, trade dress, vector artwork, UI components, text copy, graphic banners, software code, and visual designs—is the exclusive intellectual property of My High or its respective licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
Third-party brand names, product photographs, and manufacturer logos (e.g. RAW, Elements, OCB, Hunter's Gourmet, Pringles) referenced on the platform remain the intellectual property of their respective trademark holders and are utilized solely for factual identification of authentic merchandise.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the My High platform and all products sold through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
In no event shall My High, its founders, directors, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform or items purchased, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In all instances, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
These Terms and any contractual disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent civil courts located in New Delhi / Delhi NCR, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts.
